          Hello guys..The name is Charity and it's really nice to be able to  speak my mind out about what I think of body wellness..
First of all let's  talk about the fact that  many people  find it really  hard to actually exercise in the morning well I'm not also blind to the fact that  many got work and usually don't have time for that, let's  take the "Bankers" for example,my dad is a typical example I observe the way his always in a hesitate to  go to work and his meant to be at work  atleast 7:00-7:30 sharp any banker can relate and that I totally understand but that shouldn't  stop you from doing  a few stretches,jumping jacks to get your body all pumped our body needs lots of attention if you don't no one will do it for you and it's literally for your  own good..
Secondly,what about hydration? People don't usually know the importance of this God-given natural  resource called water..it really does a lot. Apart from quenching our thirst it helps in keeping the body hydrated  and does a lot of wonders which no other consumable liquid can lol you get..
Note:A warm glass of water ๐ง should be taken every morning immediately you wake up if possible keep it by your bedside so it be the first thing you do.. very important amigos.
Lastly, Let's talk about our balance dieting..kids, teens take note...
I'm not gonna condemn the intake of sweets, chocolate and all that but the intake should be lesser because obviously no one wants a toothache or decayed tooth or having one issue or the other due to excessive intake of processed sugar instead we should try as much to concentrate on the real stuff like our vegetables,proteins(Eg.Meat,fish,beans),Vitamins (fruits) they really help in building a fine body and it also gives us that glow that could really  make you feel good about yourself.
So guys, there you have it this is what I think about body wellness and it's importance..you can actually  tell me what you think about  it and umm..share your own opinions.Plus I'll really like to encourage you guys in excersing trust me this stuff does a lot for our body. It keeps us strong,healthy and let's not forget confident you all.๐
