When Was The Last Time Anyone Talked With MTN Customer Care..?

Does it still exist..? I HV tried and tried since morning and I cant reach them......NCC should talk to MTN to open customer care for customers to talk to them....
Its a one way ticket, once u are in trouble, u are on ur own
