How Auto-Renewal Works
What triggers an auto-renewal charge, and how to control which method is used.

Auto-renewal is turned on by default for new services, so you never lose a domain or hosting plan to an expired date you forgot about. A few days before renewal, we generate the invoice and attempt payment automatically using your wallet balance first, then a saved card if enabled.
You'll always get an email confirming what happened. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time from a service's management page if you'd rather pay manually.
