Our services
NAI TALK provides domain registration and transfer, web hosting, website care plans, business email hosting, website design, and related support services to clients in Nigeria and internationally.
Accounts & payments
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Invoices are payable by card, bank transfer, or your NAI TALK wallet before a service is activated or renewed.
Domains
Domain registrations and transfers are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry. NAI TALK acts as your registrar/reseller and is not responsible for delays or decisions made by registries outside our control.
Hosting & website care
We provide the infrastructure, backups, and support described in your chosen plan. You remain responsible for the content you publish on your website.
Service suspension
We may suspend a service for non-payment, abuse, or activity that threatens the security of our platform, after reasonable notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
