Domains
Domain registration and transfer fees are generally non-refundable once a domain has been successfully registered or transferred, in line with registry policy.
Hosting & website care plans
If you're not satisfied with a new hosting or website care plan, contact support within 7 days of your first payment and we'll review your case for a refund or credit.
Overpayments
If you pay more than an invoice total, the extra amount is automatically credited to your NAI TALK wallet and can be used against any future invoice.
